Sumifru (Philippines) Corporation Accounts / Inventory Administrator June 2015 – October 2016

  •   Facilitate the Requisition Orders form from the customer and encode their transactions thru SAP system on a daily basis.
  •   Generate Purchase Orders on SAP system based on the stock requirements provided by Supply Chain Planner.
  •   Received and match supplier invoices with purchase orders and packing list to determine the accuracy of information on invoice.
  •   Reconciliation of inventory discrepancies to determine variances.
  •   Regular monitoring of customers ledger account to ensure that they are paying in accordance with the terms and condition given to them.
  •   Document and report actions, update records, and perform record investigations.
  •   Maintain Stock Room organization for easy picking of materials and to promote accurate inventory control.
  •   Prepare inventory and documentation (in union with Buyers) for return to supplier shipments.
  •   Assist others as needed including Receiving, Inspection and Packing activities.
  •   Process documents in different government agencies like Social security systems, Bureau of internal revenue, City treasurer’s office, Department of trade and industry, Securities and Exchange commissions.
  •  Post each deal which met compliance requirements into proper accounting journals.
  •  Conducts accurate inventories of various warehouse supplies and other items.
  •  Uses Microsoft Office to create various labels, spreadsheets, and forms related to shipping/receiving and inventory processes.
  •  Periodically communicates with warehouse staff and other departments via email and phone.
  • Performs various administrative and clerical tasks
    according to the needs of the team.
