Role / Responsibilities Handled :-

Planning organizing of material / machinery as per project activities by dividing macro activities into micro activities then plotting on BAR Chart.
Delegation of assignments among the projects Engineers
Monitoring & Controlling Project activities with the help of computer Data Base (Microsoft Excel & MS Project).
Co-ordinate with other departments like Sales, Design, Procurement, Store, Manufacturing, Quality, Dispatch, Erection and Commissioning.
Appointing & coordinating with sub contactor for quality work.
Appointing and attaining TPIA.
