I lead a team of 5 account managers in the commercial client team for Just Energy. I am responsible for problem solving and making decisions on behalf of the organization to assist in resolutions for our commercial clients. I collaborate with multiple departments to develop processes and to achieve results for our clients. I am responsible for communicating with clients over the phone and email to answer inquiries and assist them in their energy inquiries. I am responsible for hiring new staff on the team and training as well mentoring junior staff.

Health & welfare claims specialist, Fidelity Investments
In this role I was responsible for providing over the phone support for U.S. Clients regarding health and insurance policies which included explaining details of accounts and plan guidelines that would support their health claim. Trained staff on policies, procedures and job tasks; provided mentorship to junior staff. I attended round tables with directors regarding process improvement and iniatives.
