Coverage/documentation of trainings, seminars and other important events in the Office
Assist the medical unit in performing their duties and responsibilities with respect to the health and welfare of the employees
Conducts briefings to the proctors during examinations periods
Create memorandums, disposition forms, letters and other communications for other offices
Travels to regional offices, sub-offices for the purpose of implementing new rules and procedure that the company developed
Supervised employees when conducting examinations to civilians
Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
