Key Functional Skills
· Evaluate and review contractors and vendors’ technical submittals and facilitate approvals before commencement of works
· Review submittals in terms of layout design, materials, drawings, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), as-built drawings, as well as technical and progress documents

Key Deliverables
