·       Repairs and maintain the Production Plating Line such as Manual and Automatic Nickel Plating Line Machines, Chemical Pumps and Motors, Spin Dryer Machines, Air Blow Dryer Machine, Vacuum Dryer, Generator Set 750 KVA and 1000 KVA

·       Service entrance installation, Cable pulling and Termination of main cable supply from Generator Set to Control Room

·       Set-up and maintains a recording system for Machine/Equipment performance, history and PM works done.  Review all materials requisition and assure the availability, economical stock quantity of spare parts and supply.

·       Check/assist all Maintenance technicians in doing major repair works.  Ensure that machine/equipment are check and test for reliability and safety operation.

·       Monitor and analyze day to day machine and equipment operation.  Review its history and make revisions of necessary preventive maintenance work.

·       Make weekly, monthly and quarterly report pass to supervisor
