Assigned in Field Maintenance Department to provide integrated schedule to facilitate efficient execution of maintenance activities during the planned duration for nominated areas. Manages both planned corrective (CO, CI, MS) and Plant Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work for an asset to produce a baseline schedule for Field Maintenance Execution. Optimizing planned work schedules according to job priority, Latest Acceptable Completion Date (LACD) and resources availability.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·      Adherence to all EHS Procedures and standards are captured in the scheduling process as well provides feedback to management for areas of improvement;

·      Ensure work is scheduled according to RasGas Elements of Excellence (RGEE) and Work Management Systems requirements;

·      Schedule all planned work orders ensuring resource availability, plant condition and LACD compliance;

·      Prepare and distribute the daily Operation, Maintenance & Technical Team (OMT) notification report. Identify work duplicated notification and communicate accordingly to Head of Maintenance (HOM) and Planning Supervisor prior to OMT meeting;

·      Ensure all work orders with status ready for scheduling are transferred to a scheduling tool (ZGWOS) SAP system.

·      Update SAP Work Order fields related to scheduling process, maintaining current and up to date backlogs;

·      Prepare daily schedule, follow up actual progress and update the baseline frozen schedule; Prepare and provide actual data after execution of each job;

·      Receive feedbacks from field maintenance and support services execution team for resource availability and prepare resource look-ahead report that takes into consideration leaves, meetings, training schedule and the like during the scheduled week;

·      Carry out Resource Level Scheduling to ensure maximum labor utilization based on the available resource capacity. And likewise to prevent resource clashes;

·      Provides feedback to maintenance asset planner and Support services planner on planning issues encountered during the job execution;
