6 Months Maintenance: Installation and replacement of traction motor, carbon brush, trouble-shooting of electrical boxes, check terminal bolts and nuts re-tightened if necessary. Check high-tension wire if in free position check bogies, shunting cable, drain plug, and electrical wirings.
Emergency Works: Replacement of traction motor installation of traction motor bogies inspection, wheel inspection electrical troubleshooting if necessary.
Air Condition Unit: Installation and replacement of Air Condition Unit, troubleshooting the electrical condenser fan motor and evaporator fan motor and evaporator coil, system if necessary, check controller and contactors, breakers and replacement of condenser fan motor, evaporator fan motor, and evaporator coil.
