As a server I was responsible to take order from the guests and place the order to the kitchen through POS system. As well as had to check the food quality. I had to look after the guest satisfaction and quality service. I’ve handled the cash and POS system.
As a Bartender I had to make the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink by following the order ticket and served it as well
As a trainer I was responsible to train the service staff by following the company standard. I had to handle all the bills and end of the day I had to submit it to the General Manager or On duty Manager. I had done daily and monthly inventory . I had to make sure that all the service staff are doing the right job.
