Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Process daily procurement requirements into purchase orders, I’m handling all non-foods items such as Computer System and Accessories, Kitchen Equipment, Heavy Duty Equipment, Fire and Safety Equipment, Food Packaging and Disposables, Kitchen Small wares and Utensils, Staff Uniform, Electric items and Building Materials etc.

·         Verify purchase requisition details, check availability of requested items at project stores, prepare purchase orders and coordinate with Supervisor to obtain approval.

·         Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases & Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

·         Negotiate to the supplier send Request for Quotations (RFQ) for new Items/Machine.

·         Coordinate with cross function team in the selection of suppliers in the product development cycle.

·         Support supplier negotiation in bid process/analysis to ensure cost, quality and delivery expectations are considered.

·         Monitor supplier performance and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a regular basis.

·         Manage and resolved problems due to delivery, quality and pricing in timely manner.
