Job description and responsibilities:

·  Planning, scheduling and coordinating all production activities, and providing support to material SKUs on stock level maintenance & monitoring.

·  Preparing and ensuring adequate implementation of operational SOPs, good working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and GMP for the production of instant noodles, Seasoning/Spice, Water production, Biscuits, and Cheese Balls etc.

·  Liaising with the Plant manager and the Maintenance manager in ensuring timely plant maintenance schedule and ensures adequate and safe implementation and to minimize downtime.

·  Daily production/activity report preparation, documentation and presentation.

·  Liaising with the plant manager & Factory Accountant in Plant Operational budgets, production cost analysis and other related inputs to ensure product produced at competitive price.

·  Full and active involvement with the Quality Control Department in product sensory evaluations, research and development, for continuous improvement and innovation in our operations/brand of products.

·  Collaborates with plant manager and HR unit to ensure qualified and competent personnel recruitment for smooth operation, and adequate training and retraining of staff to further ensure hitch-free production operation.
