Job Description

·         To maintain the running condition of motors such as generators CATERPILLAR, YANMAR, DAIHATSU (Auxiliary motor 500kva to 700kva, 1000kva) induction motor, water pump, pressure pump, sea water pump, brine pump, compressor pump, cooling pump, vacuum pump, water separator pump, compressor ammonia.

·         Install parts such as wiring connection, contractor, relay, lights and capacitor, bearing, control for hydraulic switch, transformer.

·         Conduct repair, trouble shooting, testing, reconditioning, and preventive maintenance of electric motor.

·         Keeps all equipment and area of responsibility clean and order.

·         Taking data, stripping the winding, insulating the stator, winding the slots, placing the coils in the slots.

·         Placing the coils in the slots, connecting the coils, testing the winding, varnishing and baking.

·         Low voltage and high voltage generator, alternator repair.

·         Installation of outdoor in door unit, electrical wiring and pipes connection.

·         Troubleshooting and system, probable cause and remedies of unit (capacitor, contractor, pc board, condenser fan motors, evaporator motor) wall mounted, dimension ceiling suspended type, floor standing type, window.

Actual Duties and Function

·         Box setting and layout, rectification, wiring and installation, feeder line.

·         Maintain building electrical wiring and installation

·         Repair electrical device, switches, outlet, panelboard and perform such other task.

·         Piping layout PVC and Metal pipe

·         Installation of Panel Board, Wiring power Cable.

·         Splicing Wiring and Lighting panel

·         Installation of main distribution panel board, low voltage switches gear and lighting panel.

·         Termination of load center, such as main transfer switch, electrical lighting panel board.
