I am an enthusiastic employee with enough experience in HR environment and am looking for a full time job. I feel through my previous experience, advising and working with senior staff, I have developed a broad range of qualities and interpersonal skills making me suitable for a wide range of HR works and being a team player. Handling HR matters reliably Dealing with various HR queries throughout my previous employment in different local/international petroleum companies including Basra Oil Company (BOC), ENI Company, and British Petroleum Company (BP) as well as using different software such as IHRMS and CAT tools for more than Thirteen Years has assisted me to reach professional sufficiency with administration and technology skills. The office environment and team leadership position also benefit me professionally and socially when working with other people; but importantly working with international groups helped me to develop organisational and administrative skills and qualified me to know how to take on advice and learn new strategies whilst working. Moreover, I have strong work ethics and am a punctual person, qualities stemming from reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation.

Deals with problems arising in connection with the execution of Purchase Orders/Works and Turnkey contracts.
Provide the Management with the necessary assistance in identifying commercial impacts in terms of changes in cost, time and technical variations as well as local regulations and rules to Taxes and Duties.

Providing reports and information in meetings, conferences and debates to facilitate and enhance communication between management and departments’ managers. Also, assisting with and providing documents such as contracts, job orders, legal documents, and e-mails.

Monitoring and updating employees` personal records such as education, training experience, employment history, job experience, etc.

Managing the recruiting process of the new employees and termination from as well as managing transference among departments and position change.

Generating various reports that support the HR manager with various capability investigations, including complaint and disciplinary to take informed, management decisions on human resources management.

 

·         Organization Chart

Propose new organization and update the chart and keeping it up to date on any changes that are made.

 

·         Working as a vocal contact point

Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, and resourcing with staff management.

 

Interests:

I have always had a broad range of interests, in relationship building and administrative systems. As my CV shows I am a committed employee and have developed strong leadership skills as offering advice to both teammates and management on matters that may drive the business such as the recruiting of new staff and inductions for recent hires. Reading is a massive part of my life as I think it can always help you out by giving you different points of view and an open mind for a lot of situations. I am a firm believer in giving back to the community; I have done this through volunteer work for a youth center to support young people in my country.
