The last fifteen (15) years and more had been continuously on the field of Quality Assurance starting as Quality Engineer in 1996 to Sr. Customer Quality Engineer, to CQA (Customer QA) Manager to Site Quality Manager and at the last as SDT (Supplier Development Team) EE Technical Manager.
Quality related function includes: Working independently to support customer request and complaints, facilitated quality system tools and developed continuous quality improvement programs aimed at reducing defects encountered at customer site, company representative to customer, suppliers and external party audits, interface with customer on the in-process (factory) and field (customer) product quality performance, organize and lead crisis support team for all issues concerning product and customer, performs failure analysis of problem and ensure that proper corrective action and preventive action are implemented, coordinate all the proposed changes on the product to all concerned department/parties and ensure that such changes are acceptable to both manufacturing and customer, performs internal and supplier audit, and act as the contact window to the manufacturing personnel.
