O&M of Air Compressors, Aircraft Turbine Engines and other auxiliary systems.

Strong acumen with the ability in handling vendor relations for material supply, preparing contract documents; evaluating & executing contracting works and following up with the suppliers for timely delivery. Responsible for the Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of equipment to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time, executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditures within the budget. ·         Spearheading efforts across supervising & monitoring the overall project performance on regular basis & taking steps for further improvements with a view to complete project within stipulated time & budget.

·         Managing overall project activities including project scheduling and resource allocation of men, material, machine and money to maximize operational efficiency; identifying key milestones and forecasting completion timeline.
