Responsible to the bar daily shift operational activities, preparing hot and cold beverages/ pastries, and ensure that the costumer is satisfied in the food quality, and work standard is being observed in work area.
ask for order and prepare the customer’s desired drinks in different variety of coffee such as latte ,cappuccino, espresso brewed and other coffee mixes, tea’s, or juices and serves hot or cold to the customers.
Set up and clean back of house service areas(stock room, food preparation areas ,dishes, kitchen)and ensures that standard hygiene in food preparation is strictly observe and subsequent handover
opening and closing duties for the readiness of the store operation in every shifts.
Present the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with front house service/service team and prepare the ordered food in standard and timely manner.
Set up or re stock other coffee merchandise display and monitor the stock level and report to the MANAGER to ensure all availability of the items at all times. Report faulty equipment, machinery, service wares and any related issues/incidents to the MANAGER to ensure smooth running of daily store operation.
Any other duties requested by MANAGERS and SUPERVISORS.
Responsible for the basic preparation work, keep section organized and tidy
Following the health and hygiene regulation and all duties kitchen policies.
Responsible for peeling potatoes , onions, other vegetables.
Picking and washing salads. Passing and arranging the stocks.
Cleaning freezers chillers ,ovens cooking wares and utensils
Preparing vegetables and basic cooking or blanching.
Checking expirations and temperatures
Assists customers on their needs
Handles cashiering on a routine basis.
Prepares sales report after cashiering.
Demonstrates proportional items in the store.
Coordinates and conducts kiddie parties occasionally.
Delivers a total customer service by ensuring their satisfaction
