JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.       Implement the Health Care Program of Batelec II.

2.       Conduct periodic evaluation of employees’ health care needs and other related

concern.

3.       Maintain an accurate and updated medical record of employees.

4.       Attend and apply first aid to employees in need of minor treatments and/or

temporary medical solutions required for major medical concerns.

5.       Conduct home visits to employees who are on sick leave and make necessary

recommendation.

6.       Issue medical clearance for employees’ fitness to work based on assessed

medical findings.

7.       Monitor medical status of employees hospitalized because of injuries or accidents

encountered during the official performance of their official work.

8.       Lead in the preparation and coordination for the employees’ Annual Physical

Examination.

9.       Prepare the requisition and maintenance of sufficient medical and first aid

supplies.

10.     Assist in the conduct of HRD training activities relevant to Health Care.

11.     Actively participate as a member of the Safety Committee.

12.     Perform all other duties germane to the knowledge and skills that maybe

assigned from time to time.
