Mission Statement

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs through various methods by creating brand awareness and benefits offered.

Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administering appropriate company assessments.
