CURRIER GRAPH
Starting the currier as trainee commercial asst. in the month of December 1989 in a multinational sports shoe manufacturing unit where I could get a chance to develop my skills on purchasing, vendor development, storage, record keeping & cost reduction. Went on to join as an in-charge of the stores for an overseas assignment in the year 1995.
Then joined an automobile ancillary a completely different product, in India as a second line management cadre where I could develop my skills on customer-oriented product requirement & system implementation in addition to earlier job responsibilities. Changing on to new opportunity in a ceramic unit and working there for a substantial period accepting all the challenges in the area of packing, dispatch, logistics then getting promoted with an additional responsibility of stores & purchase, successfully handled all the responsibilities till 2005.
Finding new opportunity brought me to yet another product, Tower line Industry and moving onto take major role in supply chain management in 2006 with Rubber Industry. Keeping currier graph up during five years in the industry and achieving promotions with the responsibilities of material planning, storage, finished product warehouse, packing and dispatch, logistics for domestic & export consignments. Went on to join the steel & power Industry in the year 2010 as a full-fledged Materials Manger. Where I could get a chance to explore the area of handling project activities and then bulk purchasing & logistics. Also had an exposure to mining activities rail transport & administration of plant. With this experience on credit, joined another integrated steel plant in 2014 with much more activities of handling major part as logistics & material planning with production support. Then moving on to the take the assignment in 2015 as head materials department of Fastener Manufacturing Unit. Presently heading an organization as operations head
Currently working as head of logistics business spread all over the country through its 14 branches.

Guidance from seniors and attending course of “Graduate diploma in Materials Management” from IIMM during 1992 – 1994 helped me to enhance my skills on basic knowledge of inventory management, material handling, purchasing & negotiations during 1989 to 1996 as working in a team.
Taking up additional responsibilities in the area of planning, budgeting, handling dispatches & logistics during 1996 to 2008 build my currier to the level of a Senior Executive, to work as team leader of around 5 subordinates.
Attending various management system trainings, facing & conducting various system audits, attending marketing meets at management levels, handling project activities with successfully completing targets, correspondence with Government Authorities, upward-downward-parallel communication within the organization and outsiders, handling bulk transportation, and handling MIS during 2008 to 2017 carried me to the level manager with a team of over 16 subordinates and more than 100 workmen from three different departments. Importantly all the experience is from different product manufacturers make me tough personnel to handle any situations, make decisions and get the task through.
