– To effectively manage all the kitchen team during operation hours.
– To Assist Executive Heads in their needs during operational hours.
– Coordinates in other department in order to perform daily basis duties and reports.
– Perform and Arrange Events for Executive Heads and 3stripes officers inside the ship.
– Monitoring and Supervising each crew member in the galley for their daily duties and
responsibilities.
