Junior Executive – HR (Recruitment & Training)

–          Complete recruitment process.

–          Sorting CV’s from CV Bank.

–          Prepare and send offer letter.

–          Collecting job applications through various means and short listing the same as per job descriptions /specifications.

–          Arranging preliminary interviews & scheduling interviews.

–          Arrangement of Induction programs for all newly hired employees.

–          Recommend and scheduling of different trainings and development courses for the employees according to their job requirement. Looking after all training and development activities of the organization. Takes charge of the training department both internal & external.

–          Help with initial screening of candidates for open positions.

–          Make travel arrangements and act in a key contact role for department associates regarding travel and reimbursement claims.

–          Coordinating with travel agent to ensure travel agreements are honored.

–          Process employee’s claims on a day to day basis i.e. expense claims and reimbursements.

–          In charge for the visa renewal process of employees and their families.

–          Coordinate with PRO for the exit cancellation letter of employee who resigned.

–          In charge for the Master Data or employees details in SAP.

–          Creates and hires employees through SAP ERP system.

–          Entering leave application (any kind of leaves) in ERP system and checking the attendance on daily basis.

–          In charge for sending birthday and marriage anniversary details to employees via company’s portal.

–          Maintaining and updating details of employees mobile number, email address, master data, ticket records, expense claim and reimbursement, resigned employee list, etc.

–          Key point for employees complete joining formalities (medical report, visa, ticket, transportation, accommodation, joining kit, plant familiarization, departmental induction, safety induction, punching for attendance, bank opening account, etc.)

–          Giving support to training team like logistic arrangement.

–          In charge for employees PME (Periodical Medical Examination) yearly.

–          Filing of documents from time to time.

–          In charge for employees 3 months’ probation period and annual review for  trainees.

–          Support and assist Head of Training for Spot Award & Thank You Card preparation on monthly basis.
