I am Roland D Manuel 46 years old ,Filipino I live in the Philippines. I am a Seafarer with a position of Engine fitter, I am sailing since 1997 to present. My areas of responsibility,  independent repair, installation and maintenance of machineries, independent and solution based application of work related to piping and other steel works in all parts of the vessel. Application of welding skill ( i.e. arc welding and gas welding), application of lathe machine works, skillful used of technical and work shop equipment and power tools.
