I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for about 4 years and had been a virtual assistant for about 2 years. In the time i have spent in the said industries I provided service for various accounts such as AT&T as a customer service representative and helped customers from the United States and Optus which is telecommunications company based in Australia. I was a technical support specialist for Verizon which is also a well known brand in the U.S. and most recently for Spark New Zealand which is an Internet Service Provider. I also worked as a virtual assistant in a small printing company based also in Australia. I was able to manage email related concerns for accounts for clients and do outbound calls to help boost sales. I also had experience in order processing and order fulfillment.
