Sanyo Denki Inc Quality Assurance Engineer  Inspection Machine and System Development – Create automation machine that will use for the company to create quality products and to assure the quality of product before exiting the company. Working closely with Software Engineering Team to ensure that requirements are met and of the highest quality. Approach includes manual test cases design and automated testing system. Need to study codes, design and run testing scripts and ensure smooth deployment and integration.  Failure Analysis -Assure high quality products by monitoring in-process defect encountered during production. Conducts trouble shooting during in-process in order to determine the problem. Once NG (no good) products are encountered right away analysis should be provided including reports. Analysis which schematic diagram and electrical/electronic equipment are in use. • Projects: o Packaging Camera (LabView)  Count and capture each fan motors inside the tray or packaging box o Purchase and Asset Monitoring (C#, MsSQL)  System that will be used to monitor all purchased items and machines that are deployed to our assembly lines o Individual Fan Identification (LabView)  Create individual identification using laser marked data matrix for each fan motors  Each identification will be linked to their inspection data assurance that each product has passed to all critical inspection before existing Sanyo Denki  Create a system that will be use as traceability for each fan ID  Purchaser – Supply Management, Tracking Budget Expenses, Vendor and supplier Relationships, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Supply Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
