• Facilitates processing of payroll reports
· Ensures accuracy and completeness of daily time entries of employees
· Facilitates and coordinates with Satellite office on the processing of loans of employees
· Responsible on the processing and issuance of separation clearance and separation pay of employees
· Responsible on the issuance of employees’ Certificate of Employment and Payslips
· Encoding of forms to be submitted to timekeeping office relative to daily time records of employees
· Generates daily and monthly reports to be submitted to Human Resources Manager
· Responsible on filing and securing of 201 files of employees
· Assigned in recruitment and process applications of applicant
· Orients new timekeeping system and/or procedures to employees
· Assists HR Manager in conducting due process to employees who violated the company’s rules and regulations
• Responsible in processing of contractor’s payroll, OJT and Apprentice’s cash payroll, and payroll of employees in HRIS, every cutoff
· Responsible in the submission and/or remittance of payment for government loans and monthly contributions of employees
· Issues payroll slips of employees
· Checks and validates surety fund of employees to be released every quarter
· Issues quitclaim of separated employees
