As a Recruitment Specialist I am responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. Through my various sourcing techniques, I build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of client’s line of business. I participate in the task based recruitment activities as assigned including: phone screening, email blasting, sourcing, research, posting jobs, coordination tasks and others. Also responsible for processing payroll for an assigned group of associates. Ensure that employees are paid and information is recorded in a timely and accurate manner. Provide customer service by researching and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies for all associates email and face to face inquiries. Maintain the confidentiality of all Payroll related records.
