= Planning, implementing and managing publishing operations and ensuring that they meet business objectives.
= Handling sensitive and top notch clients, to ensure we deliver and done what they really want.
= Helping on boarding publishers and do their integrations.
= Manage and coordinate activities with the optimisations team, technical (IT), sales, product teams and publishing partners to supply traffic with all mobile app campaigns we have.
= Generate, analyse reports, alerts to identify operational risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them. Also inform every team members and assist them on how we can solve the risk.
= Ensure proper communications with the client are in place for business development, good partnership and good revenue.
= Single Point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve issue’s we encounter for Publishing business.
= Persuasively articulate Art of Click’s unique value proposition, resources and recommendations to clients.
