Following that, my experience as a Logistics Intern gave me the tools necessary to take my prior knowledge to a hands-on-experience level. Experience about transportation, delivery, incoterms, resource management, laws and regulations, along with strategy will help me promote growth and add-value within a business. Thus, as an Administrative Assistant at Lindenwood, I was able to develop leadership, Microsoft office, and attention to detail experience as well as excellent communication skills in the workplace.
• Produces and formats documents, including composition, editing, proofreading, and aggregation of data.
• Maintain filing systems and utilizes basic word processing, database, and spreadsheet skills.
• Collect, organize, and compose correspondence for department staff.
• Planning, importation, and analysis of the goods and chemicals of the laboratory.
• Maintain a stock of the materials and products demanded by the clients.
• Consultations with international suppliers, price consultations, analysis, and cost structures.
• Reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students one-on-one.
• Helped teachers with recordkeeping such as tracking attendance and calculating grades.
