I was working on an accountant’ssoftware which is called “Quickbooks”. I was trained to fix customer’s issues while doing payroll, system issues and the like. I also assisted customers in making sure that all tax forms will be sent correctly to the IRS and State Agencies. After a year, I was promted to be one of the Peer Mentors to help new hired agents understand the system and to guide them in their journey at the company.
