Make daily banking & consolidate all collections: e.g. cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Handle & settles customer complaints.
• In-charge with the day-to-day operations of the station to ensure that all station equipment are functioning and in-order, standards are being followed, and the site builds a reputation for providing excellent customer service.
• Supervises and trains Customer Service Representatives and Cashiers to their duties and responsibilities.
• Represents the company in attending hearing of cases (Re: Labor complaints) at Labor Department office.

• Meet/exceed daily, monthly and annual sales objective.
• Monitor any changes from the competitors such as: pricing, promos etc.
• Operate within the budgeted operational expenses through the following
