Responsibilities:

Managed and organized all hiring processes from start-to-finish – recruiting candidates, assessing resumes, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding all new employees
Created and maintained strong relationships with community employment agencies, resulting in status as preferred recruitment company

Responsibilities

Oversee all Technical and Supply Chain requisitions of Nestle Philippines Main Office
Oversee all Technical and Supply Chain hiring requirements from Managerial roles and up for all sites of Nestle Philippines
