*GIMPA certification in data & voice transportation (MPLS platforms). *Strong understanding of QOS on the LAN and WAN *Experience in deployment, and support of other peripheral VoIP systems. *Strong background managing a Cisco VoIP system and other various technologies such as IVR, ACD, call flow design and implementation. *Experience in ISDN configuration & deployment. *Experience in VPN, E1, configuration & deployment. *Extensive experience with Cisco PBX required. *Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches, including experience with voice gateways such as Cisco CMM and ISR series routers. *Adept at handling simultaneous projects and initiatives in an organized manner. *Creation and implementation of telecommunications disaster recovery plans for multi-node voice infrastructure. *Advance security surveillance installation & remote configuration. *Advanced knowledge in handling & managing IoT. *In Depth knowledge of deployment in hotspots & management. *In depth understanding of cloud computing technology. *Experience with Avaya PBX and Call Center platforms is a plus. * Experience in advance VoIP technology. *Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise wide telephony projects. Configuration and deployment of telecom equipment in accordance with project implementation plan. * In-depth knowledge of fiber optic cable splicing & deployment. *In-depth knowledge of telephony copper cable jointing & testing of all sizes. *Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
