Quality Management Systems
§  As a Sr. QS Engineer, spearheaded QMS transition activities from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 at SPMM  (in coordination with SPSV (HQ) and other SPWR sites) as well as PV QMS companywide assessment  (SUNPOWER Sep2015-Mar2016)

Quality Operations Management
§  Managed activities of QC Division (Incoming, In-process, Finished Goods and Shipment Inspections) and ensured that Quality Standards and planned requirements are met. Recommended proposals based on analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual QC Inspection results in order to improve quality and productivity of relevant processes (BNPI 2013-2015)

Research Coordination
§  Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of JATO’s Philippines databases

§  Established and maintained professional relationships within the automotive industry in the Philippines, in particular with the marketing, pricing and product planning departments of all car, truck and van manufacturers and distributors researched by JATO and with other data suppliers, trade organizations and dealers

§  Responsible for conducting automotive data collection from marketing and other product material, establishing and maintaining the necessary relationships with manufacturers and importers, inspection/verification of vehicles and entering data into JATO’s databases (JATO 2017-2018)

Process Engineering
§  Responsible for Finishing Machine/Process Improvement and Optimization.

§  Managed Long Continuous Run Program to ensure that production plan is met and corrective actions are implemented to address operational, electrical and mechanical hits/delays.

§  Successfully reduced machine hits and delays of 2 Finishing machines equivalent to 1.2MPhp

§  Spearheaded Continuous Improvement Program including trainings on problem solving and small group activities (JHPI 2012-2013)

Purchasing
§  Responsible for acquiring raw materials, indirect materials, parts and services for all Manufacturing, Maintenance and Admin sections with the lowest possible cost, highest quality and on time delivery
