General management of the facility. Supervision, Delegation and assignment of duties to subordinates. Ensuring that the nutritional, physical, environmental, spiritual, mental and social needs of geriatric, physically challenged and mentally ill residents at the facility are met. Liaison with social enterprises or groups that assist in enhancing the lives of the residents and staff. Overall administrative and nursing management of the facility; inclusive of stock taking, storekeeping, bill preparations, procurement, scheduling, staff appraisals, reporting and documentation.
Nursing duties: assessment, diagnosing, planning and implementation, evaluation of nursing interventions, assisting in the collaborative care of residents and making recommendations as necessary.
