Job Title: Cellular Phone Technician

·         Examine the mobiles phones to identify the cause of trouble. Provide the customers with cost estimate and a tentative date to conclude the repair work

·         Perform body repairs such as repairing a cracked or scratched screen or replacing buttons on the keypad

·         Open up the mobile phone and check the battery life, wirings and connections, screens and other components for efficiency

·         Mend the defects and replace the broken/used up parts and recheck the performance of the mobile phones

·         Troubleshoot problems in the phone’s programming to find error

·         Opened, disassembled, repaired, replaced parts, and reassembled units when done

·         Tested repaired units and advised clients when they could retrieve their units

·         Re-installs software programs or adjust settings on existing software to fix device malfunctions
