MONITORING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II (MPDO II)
 Monitor participants in a Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) through regular field
visits and use of available monitoring tools/forms to capture necessary data and
information (both qualitative and quantitative).
 Mobilize SLP groups and leaders in monitoring initiatives.
 Encode data and information in the online M & E system.
 Analyze monitoring data and identify possible follow through interventions of SLP
beneficiaries.
 Conduct case conference in coordination with the PDO Field Implementer.
 Identify key livelihood models developed by field implementers for replication and
localization.
 Provide feedback on usability of the monitoring tools/forms and provide inputs in the
development/enhancement of the overall monitoring and reporting system of the
program.
 Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities with the Regional Program
Management Office (RPMO) and perform other emerging M & E functions, if
needed.
 Coordinate with local stakeholders for community-led monitoring and evaluation.

IMPLEMENTING PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II (IPDO II)
 Created a detailed work plan for the implementation of the Sustainable Livelihood
Program (SLP).
 Forged partnerships with key stakeholders that ensured the viability and sustainability of
livelihood projects and employment facilitation
 Identified, profiled, organized and trained program participants for the establishment of
resource-based and market-oriented microenterprises.
 Provided technical assistance to program participants and partner stakeholders for the
implementation of sustainable livelihood initiatives through the Community Driven
Enterprise Development framework
 Monitored the implementation of the program outputs at the participants and community
levels through the use of different monitoring and evaluation tools
 Served as a member of the DSWD Municipal Action Team together with the other field
staff of the Pantawid Pamilya and KC-NCDDP
