DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in RSAF (Royal Saudi AirForce)
Troubleshooting all computer related problems.
Offering suggestions about potential technology resources purchase
Giving network access to all RSAF employees
Researching existing and prospective IT services and resources
Linking and setting up hardware equipment
Keeping track of computer security
Determining and preparing hardware equipment that needs to be replace and ensuring that all equipment that is disposed of was properly check and stripped of critical RSAF information.

· Key experience in the diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting of electronic malfunctions.

· Install and configures operating system such as Windows XP, Vista, Windows7 ,Windows 8, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10.
· Troubleshoot and isolate the printer problem connected in the Network.
· Install or download computer applications.
· Assemble computer parts.
· Do network maintenance and troubleshooting.
· Check the capacity of the computer.
· Ensure the functions of the computer.
· Check and repair computer connections.
· Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues.
· Setting up computer security measures.
· Setting up and organizing IP addresses.

· Coordinate with the company regarding request of parts and pending items.
· Organize Job orders using Remedy software.
· Coordinate and provide technical support to users particularly at remote site to determine condition.
· Identify system components and assemble functional systems, develop and implement preventative maintenance plans, configure data storage devices, optimize memory, use multi-meters and lab tools, knowledge of and practice lab safety precautions.
· Maintaining an accurate log of necessary maintenance and repairs.
· Maintain a proper coordination between RSAF (Royal Saudi Air Force) and the Company.
· Provide weekly, monthly and pending report for the Company to monitor the amount of delay for each pending devices.
· Prepare and maintain records update of systems configuration, measurements and provision of circuits, stocks control and inventory of spares to support the users.
· Assist users in pinpointing and recovering from PC virus attacks. As well as minimizing if not eliminating subsequent attacks.
· Assist in the evaluation and selection of computer hardware / software to be purchased by our clients.
· Communicate with clients about the computer condition.
· Advise proper care of computer and the best computer programs and brand.
· Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
