IT Service Desk Analyst

 

·         Provide phone support in employees within the company

·         Provides tickets and email supporting and remotely troubleshooting any incidents that arise within the desktop computing environments (e.g., Office 365, Access configuration, Printer configuration, Network configuration, Outlook, etc.)

·         Create and grants shared drive access using ADM to employees

·         Active directory support to end user
