Duties and Responsibilities
• Sets patient’s appointment/schedule of procedure in the department and inform them the cost and the preparation of their procedure.
• Attend the department’s phone calls and inquiries courteously and accurately.
• Performs section procedures to patients based on the received request.
• Explain and orient procedures to patient.
• Provide an optimum patient care during each procedure.
• Maintains and adheres strict confidentiality of all files and record.
• Ensure high quality performance of radiographic procedures in the most systematic and efficient method consistent with the set standard protocols.
Skills
• Performs and do post processing for both routine and special CT Scan procedures such as: routine procedures from head to foot scan, dynamic study of the liver, kidney and pancrease; brain perfusion, calcium scoring, virtual colonography and bronchoscopy; angiogram procedures for coronary arteries, cerebral arteries, carotid arteries, aorta, renal arteries, pulmonary arteries, and angiogram of both lower and upper extremities.
• Scan and assist doctors in performing different CT-guided biopsy procedures.
