4. Convert M&S requirements to Purchase Requisition and FG requirements to Production Schedule.
5. Manage M&S inventories, Perform Goods Receipt of M&S physically and in SAP system.

5. Evaluation of bidding proposal and provide comparative analysis between bidders.
6. Preparation of contract agreement for the winning bidders.
