Dear Sir

I was providing my services as civil engineer Technologist in the Gulf region, Saudi Arabia. I have 18 years’ experience of multi-discipline environments with Consulting and Contracting companies on international grounds for site supervision & monitoring, Construction Site management, Quality Controller, Quantity Surveyor and construction management at various Projects. My qualification is B-Tech Hons in Civil Technology from Lahore, Pakistan. I am registered Member of Saudi Council of Engineers at Saudi Arabia.

I have provided my service for Civil Structure, Steel Structure & Infrastructure works on various positions at various Projects, Total years of Experience are 18 years as under detail in’’ 8 years’ experience in Gulf, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’’ and ‘’10 years’ experience in Pakistan’’ as Civil Engineer Technologist.

1.      Presently I am providing my service as Quality Control at Project:  Ajdan Rise, 40 Floors, high-rise Building (75000 SqM) at Khobar, Saudi Arabia with Masah Specialized Construction Co from January 2018 to Till Date ongoing. I have previously Completed one project: Al-Habib Hospital 200 Beds (200000 SqM) with 22 Floors Towers with Masah Construction Co. from April, 2016 to December,2018. I performed as Quality Control on Civil Structure only. (April,2016 to November,2016)

2.       Previously, I have performed my duties with Saudi Consulting Services as Civil Engineer technology (Civil Work Inspector) from April ,2010 to April, 2016 at various projects. (King Saud University Riyadh, Football Stadium (28000 Peoples), Sport Complex for Multi-Games at Riyadh, Admin Tower and Sport Complex at Dammam University Khobar. (April,2010 to April,2016)

3.       I have worked as an Engineer on construction projects with a developer group named Pace Pakistan Ltd in Lahore, Pakistan for Pace Shopping Malls and Pace Tower High Rise Towers and Housing Society (180 Houses) from 2004 to 2010.

4.      I also supervised the construction activities in Banking sector and commercial buildings with Civtec (Pvt) Limited from 2002 to 2004.

5.      I have also provided my duties as Civil work Supervisor / Associate Engineer Civil with Urban Consultant (Architects Planner Engineers) at various industrial Projects like Textile Hosiery Units / Textile Spinning Units, Boiler Houses / Power Stations/ Chemical Plants. (1998 to 2002).

PROJECT INTRODUCTION:
The project is located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project consists of a single basement, ground floor, four podium parking floors, eight residential floors within the lower rise portion and 36 residential floors within the high-rise tower. The development will contain residential apartments, amenities and multipurpose areas with terraces. The building height measured from the grade level is approximately 130 m to the highest occupied floor and 136 m up to the highest roof surface. Hence, the building is classified as a high-rise building per GCC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 The primary responsibility is to ensure the products meet with the standards and applicable codes& standards and project specification. Responsible for the product achieving the entire requirements of client by implementation of quality based civil engineering practice during execution.
 Responsible for the overall supervision for execution of site activities of Civil Structure RCC and steel structure, as per approved drawings and specifications & international codes& standards.
 Responsible for the critical issues such as installation of steel reinforcement for civil structure and steel structure elements Fabrication and Erection.
 Responsible for the site inspection and Liaison with client discipline representatives to establish technical direction where not provided by codes & standards planning of site activities including sequence of work for execution and manage / allocates the site team for construction activities.
 Distribution of the drawings & project specifications and construction information for Execution team.
 Responsible to implement the approved drawings at site with well planned civil engineering practices
 Preparation of guideline for junior staff, site engineers, site foreman, MEP engineers for site coordination and providing assistance for coordination drawings between all disciplines.
 Monitoring of all site activities with Execution plan in accordance with sequence of work.
 Monitoring of site progress and Preparing of Daily activity Report and overall progress on weekly /monthly basis & monitoring of the Progress of Works according to the Scheduled Program and issuing necessary Instructions for speeding up in order to avoid delay.
 Review and proofread plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports. Memos, status reports, change order days.
 All correspondence between Client and Contractor engineer, testing agencies.
 Preparation of working drawings and working sketches for site execution work.Establish and maintain all Testing Agency correspondence, supplemental instructions, and sketches for site execution works.
 Allocates Project management team and personnel to the various areas of site activity.
 Responsible for form work and concrete work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
 Responsible for quality of Material and mockup samples as per material submittal approved and manufacture requirements and details.
 Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of site Management & Control System.
 Supports the Project Management teams in dealing with the Client for all the site and Quality matters.
 Responsible for the implementation of the Project Execution plan, Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site of execution.
 Preparation and Verification of Progress invoices based on Interim payment certificates and preparation of measurement sheets, cost sheets accordance with approved drawings for IPC. Preparation of claims & variation order and providing assistance and guide lines to quantity surveyor for invoices and Rate analysis for bidding.
 Preparation of contract documents and bill of quantity and cost sheet based on rate analysis.
 Establish the management system for reports and documents issued by client and consultant and collect and file the required for document Records.
 Review the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. Preparation of concrete testing logs and tracking logs for document. Preparing PQP and the implement of QA QC Plan for the Project and Assistance and Reporting to Project Manager.Review of Daily QC Reports and updated NCR / MIR / RI / WIR/ RFI status reports and tracking logs.

Total Covered Area 200,000 Square Meter The responsible for civil structure RCC works, building project consists of frame structure, foundation type pile cap transferring load through piles, basically, this is hospital building consists of three towers and area divided into 3 zone and structure divided into 6 parts by movement / expansion joints.
