Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
​Responsible for monitoring and administering proactive overall project safety program.
​Provide assistance in recognizing, evaluating, and subsequently eliminating or controlling hazardous condition.
​Coordinate with project team and interact with client safety management to get permits.
​Know and understand the safety and health requirements of the client as specified in the contract.
​Shall assist to the supervisor in conducting job safety Orientation session to all newly hired workers.
​Conduct safety training and mock drills to raise safety awareness among all employee’s including Emergency Response Procedure.
​Attend monthly & weekly meeting to ensure that Health safety and environmental issue are properly addressed and understood.
​Shall attend Tool-Box meeting and provide additional information about safety topics and safety matters required in site or daily activity.
​Conduct daily site inspection to identify unsafe act and unsafe conditon.
​Inspect facilities, Machinery, and equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure the compliance of safety regulation.
​Main records of safety inspection, as well as required follow up actions.
​Assist the investigation of all Incident/Accidents happened in the organization.
​Monitor the compliance of the approved JSA’s and make sure the required JSA’s are available in the workplace.
​Communicate and promote JSA’s with the workplace.
​Assist the manager in the implementation of the requirements of the emegency Evacuation and Emergency Response Procedure.
​Ensure that the PPE procedure and requirements of the company are followed by the operation dept.
​Keep records of all issuance, Trainning and inspection of PPE.
​Shall maintain Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and inventory list of chemical brought on site.
​Conduct training and provide a written material contained within this procedure will either be translated in written form or verbally for non-English speaking employee’s.
​Supervise the performance of the employee’s.
​Check/inspect all area of responsibilities.
​Implement company rules and regulation.
​Coordinate to client officers and other dept. for all concerns.
​Handle and make job schedule of the employee’s.
​Issuance memo for every violation of employee.
