Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Collecting all Information and Data’s of Al Raya and Panda Supermarket and checking all Display Contract such Gondolas, Forward Share and Floor Display according To Plano Grams or Standard Display as per required by the client and monitoring orders as per outlet exactly quantity required for Alraya Chain Supermarket and Panda Hyper Market.

 

March 2008 to December 2009 – Senior Field Marketer (Pre Sales)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Conducting Physical Inventory and Ordering (Direct Order)  to BTC with the Approval or Signed by the client Branch Manager  to the assigned shop & follow up to the head office for P.O. and Collect  P.O. to BTC for Invoicing. After invoicing schedule for NDD delivery thru ILS. And follow up all pending orders and delivery’s from time to time & report  immediately to the  BTC Sales Department and Coordinate to the Merchandising Department.

Ø  Establishing JP shops of trade marketing representatives as per the agreement of the client.

Ø  Implementing Stock Inventory and Suggested Order if required

Ø  Delivery of signed Purchasing Order hard copies from the shop to the client sales supervisor for finalizing the sales operation

Ø  Delivery of Purchase Order & Invoice hard copies to the shop
