With G4S I am working at Majid Al Futtaim mall of Bahrain (City Centre Bahrain).
I attended the training on a heart saver, first aid CPR & AED from Bahrain Specialist Hospital.
I attended a health and safety training whereby I attained some practical skills on how to fight the fire.
I attained some practical skills on how to approach and attend the suspicious item.
I attended the Basic security operative courses of INTRODUCTION TO SECURITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EQUALITY & DIVERSITY, SECURITY PATROLING, ACCESS CONTROL, SEARCHING, SECURITY & EMERGENCY SYSTEMS, FIRE, FIRST AID, HEALTH & SAFETY, EMERGENCY PROCEDURE, COMMUNICATIONS & REPORT WRITING, PARADE TRAINING, TRAFFIC RULES, RIGHTS OF CHILDREN, C.V.I.T, SUSPICIOUS OBJECTS from Bahrain Guards Training School.

RESPONSIBLITIES:
Ensuring proper handover/takeover at the beginning and end of each duty shift.
● Attend cases, investigate and follow the instructions of the seniors.
● Ensuring mall opening and closing times are strictly adhered.
Checking all reports in the shift before being sent to my seniors.
Briefing the securities in each shift and update them want happened in their absence or what is coming soon.
To conduct trainings on new guards.
To report to my seniors every incident that happens in the shift.
●As a team leader am entitled to maintain, improve and observe the conduct/behaviors of my subjects while on duty;
i.e.,
▪ Checking whether my subjects are in proper uniform and ready to work in good condition.
▪ Checking and patrolling inside the mall and outside the mall car parking.
▪ Checking and registering every good(s) that comes in/leaves area most especially receiving docks.
▪ Checking every worker/contractor that is entering/ leaving the work place for the safety of the mall properties

▪ To keep watching on mall tenants and customers in case of unnecessary activities that does not comply with mall policy.

Providing best customer service to customers by guiding them to their required shops or parking levels
Deploying the securities to their assigned locations.
Physically conduct spot check on guards by visiting their locations to evaluate their performance while on duty.

During my time with redline I managed to work in different areas where by I worked at Samsung engineering, Dr.Haifa eye hospital, Al Adril supermarket in Yateem Centre, Almeer main office in muharraq and Almeer main store in Sitra.

●To arrive early at the shop to open up and prepare for the day.
●To open the shop entrances, turning on the lights and signs. And at the end of the day to turn off all the equipment and secure the shop for closure.
●To inspect the store shelf and ensure that there is sufficient merchandise displayed in a neat and orderly fashion.
●To make sure all staffs work as a team to provide a efficient and friendly service while at work.
●To assist customers to find the products they need and ensure that any instances of dissatisfaction are dealt quickly and in a way that leaves the customer.
