•       Works with cross-functional teams to identify unique departmental needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of employee engagement plans and programs of the Site.

•       Plans and manages meetings and events (both internal and external) including budget development and compliance.

•       Submits full disclosure of any and all information related to employee engagement activities including, but not limited to, financial information.
