I’m JOCELYN E. OXALES 43 of age. Married and with two kids from Philippines and presently working at “Otto General Merchandise” Laoag Branch as a Franchise Store Manager. I started at the company since November 1996 as Sales Lady and then after that because of my hardwork and  devotion in the company, I was promoted as Cashier and few years later promoted as a Store Manager. I garnered my current position – Store Manager –  not because of degree or  profession that I finished in education, but its basically through my experience only that helped me to improve my skills especially around the workplace.
