Our channels includes inbound calls, social media sites, and chat services. All channels provide the same kind of customer service varying only on the mode of communication to customers. Working in a challenging and demanding workplace gave me the experience and skill to be adaptive in pressure. Being able to deal with different people and personality, I gain the experience to approach different personalities and characters. In addition to that, with our intensive training and exposure to an English-speaking work environment, I gained excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
