1. Prepare/process payroll for all employees manually. This includes gathering of all employees’ hours, identify and compute for incentives to be included for the employee, identify any deductions to be charged to the employee and finalize payroll for submission and payment.
2. Prepare and submit withholding tax summaries and process payments thereafter.
3. Prepare P&L report for daily analysis and submits the final P&L report monthly.
4. Preparation of W2 or 2316 forms (tax) for employees annually.
5. Other office and tasks given by the Finance Head and Site Director.
In-charge of encoding payroll accounts and sales entries for the entire business.
Second in-charge with preparation of check vouchers and printing of checks for all types of payments and encashments.
