Total Rewards Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
A. Compensation & Benefits Management
• Responsible for the annual review of salary structure and matrix, identifying employees categorized on the green and red circle
• Develops corporate-wide compensation policies, competitive total rewards strategies including recognition program, incentives and other employee benefits
• Oversees the administration of compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, merit, compensation planning, and market analysis with a focus on continuous improvement
• Lead the development, implementation, administration, and communication of our Total Rewards programs including health, welfare, wellness, other rewards and perquisites
• Analyzes current rewards programs to ensure alignment with the business strategy and ensures that rewards programs attracts top talent
• Analysis and study of internal salary structure and benefits packages vis-à-vis budget and external compensation study results

B. Payroll Processing
• Monitoring payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Processes managerial payroll including reporting of pay advices; manages the entire payroll processing such as but not limited to review of preliminary payroll reports, validation of pay adjustments, preparation of salary deduction postings to government, and final pay processing, etc.
• Prepares payroll reports needed as Finance and PEZA requirements
• Established process on the review of monthly payroll entries and ensuring that transactions were accounted to proper account codes and cost centers
• Manages third party payroll agency and ensures delivery of service level agreements
• Reviews 2316 and Alphalist for tax reconciliation and annualization reports
• Coordinates with the internal, external auditors, BIR and DOLE representatives during audit season for the walkthrough and understanding process and provides documentation as audit requirements
C. HR & Information Systems
• Leads the development and management of HRIS systems to enhance HR reporting/analytics capabilities including coordination with vendor partner and IT for biometrics administration
• Ensures updated employee information within the system including company requirements on approvers, verifiers, transfers and assignments
• Ensures timely and accurate HRIS reports for management use such as monthly headcount and attrition reporting and HR information requirements of Global HR reporting

D. Health & Wellness Management
