Receive Mechanical Drawing from Production Coordinator/Production Manager
Coming from our main company base in Singapore
Analyze and review drawing for planning and organizing the proper way of machining approach, tools (end mills, drills, etc.) needed in production process, materials (engineering plastic, aluminum, or steel) also the jigs and fixture to be used.
Do the programming using MASTERCAM x3 SOFWARE. This includes tool path, contouring, pocketing, drilling/tapping or other process versus drawing.
Transfer program from the computer to machine (FANUC ROBODRILL) using data cable or memory disk
Operate CNC HURCU milling machine
Set-up or calibrate all the tools (end mills, drills) needed in the production/machining process
CNC machining using FANUC CONTROL/CODES.
Strict monitoring of the first run, process by process, if there is adjustment needed to achieve the required dimension and tolerance versus drawing
Do the manual programming if there are simple corrections or adjustment needed regarding dimensions
Dimensional checking using PRECISION MEASURING EQUIPMENT like Profile Projector (NIKON), Quick Scope, Digital Micrometer, Digital Vernier Caliper, Pin Gauges, Block Gauges.
Responsible in checking the quality of products for customer satisfaction
Monitor and control the other CNC operators work assignment
